Aisha is a graduate of the University of Hertfordshire, UK and possesses an M.Sc. in Service Management from the University of Buckingham, UK. She brings to bear over fifteen years of hands on experience in strategy, policy formulation and implementation and has led and managed several high priority projects in several organisations along her career in research, banking, asset management and training.
Some of her notable achievements include turning around loss making business offices into profitable operation, the formulation and implementation of organisation-wide strategy, deployment of service metrics for tracking and monitoring critical delivery processes in various strategic business units, and establishment of a new division for managing Human Resources, staff and customers complaints. Aisha has demonstrated her sterling leadership attributes as the Head, Corporate Services at TAK Asset Management Limited; Head, Embassies and Airlines at United Bank for Africa (UBA); and Business Development Manager at Mainstreet Bank Limited to name a few.
